Nah this is just a test with using tones and i'm not a huge fan of it. But i'm slowly learning how to better use them. Though I am working on a webcomic that features this character.

I thought I voted on this already- guess not.

Very pleasing to the eye. I really like the choice of colors here.

Red really draws the eye more to the subject (the woman) even more than it would normally, and the yellow characters in the background do an extremely good job of blending in to the general background.

Very well done.

If you had a realistic background for the PS1 to sit in, I would have assumed it was a photograph.

Very cute.

It even gives me a strange sense of "something isn't right" because of the characters burns on the right side of her body.

I have not actually seen the series that this is from, just gives me something to think about as I look at this image.
