Maybe she intimidates the people she's trying to woo.

I mean she is gripping that knife rather tightly.

Great work on this. I like the unique way the desk was drawn as sort of an abstract, and the shading of the facial features and clothes.

I'm still trying to decide how I want her to act romanticly.
Part of her backstory is that she was born with wings and left the others of her race to live with the people her race considers lesser (as descendants of dragons they are almost like Demigods in status), just to be betrayed by the people she met. they cut off her wings to sell them and she managed to get away but she no longer trusts people.
if you've got any ideas feel free to msg me I'm still developing the character.

I adore the "glow" outline and the background in this, they look spectacular.

The girl herself looks like she's really confused about her situation.

This is great!

You really hit a great balance between the shading and lighting here.

I can tell almost exactly where the light source is coming from, and the materials in the picture are giving off just the right amount of "glow".

I'm torn between associating this with a Fantasy setting or an Industrial Wasteland setting.

The scene reminds me loosely of something like a Foundry World or something of the like; some industrial land where the sky is mostly bleak and the rain is poison.

Not trying to imprint my feelings on the picture, just the feel I get from this.

I also love the way her outfit looks. I'm a little confused about her arm? I can't tell if that's a tattoo, part of her sleeve, or just something on her body that's normal for people from her world.

I didn't mean to get carried away with my guesses, I'm just curious. Great artwork.
