This is very hot.

I didn't even notice before that she had stars and other space objects in the background.

Love the shadow and shading. Fantastic use of colors here; whether or not the OC's color theme was already decided on or not. I also really like the touch with the little question mark vaguely hovering nearby, capturing her mood.

I really think this might belong more in "T for Teen" or something but other than that, I think it's remarkably well done.
