Very well animated.
I'm sort of "meh" on the humor but I can't deny that this is a very well crafted piece of art.
I'm getting serious nostalgia from this.
Really gives me that 1990s feel, like something you might see in an old 90s adventure PC game.
If you were going for that, you damn well succeeded.
I recognize how hard it is to do complex pixel art.
Except for the stage, the animation is extremely bland looking.
But I can tell a lot of love and care was put into animating the stage lights and the crowd's excitement. Kudos! This is decent.
I was just thinking about this reference earlier today.
This is the timeline where Gordon tried to see if he could jump from the top of the test chamber and not die.
This is a pretty great take on a classic scene.
Honestly this is the same vibe I get from the real show.
Neat trailer.
The concept is pretty vague, but the animation is beautiful and the themes are very interesting.
Looking forward to seeing more about this.
Thanks man!! Glad you liked it!
I really love the vibrating shapes. It gives the animation a certain level of mysticism.
I also found it interesting that the only other person in the shot was actually not changing shapes at random for the brief time she was in the shot.
I'm not sure about the humor.. but this video, as a piece of art, is pretty good.
Thanks DreamHollow I appreciate your input!
Yeah it definitely is more focused on the visuals than humor. I find slapstick things funny so I tried to include as much of that as possible - Jon and Odie hitting their heads. Thanks again!
I have no claim to fame unless playing a lot of Death Stranding counts.
