It's a little intense. Hard to tell where it's going.

The second part is pretty good but it feels like it's a little emptier than it needs to be.

It could really use some more instruments or more impact.

X-500 responds:

Idk just want to make trance sh*t!

It sure is, dude.

I really like how dynamic this is. The clicks and pops of the sounds really keep your attention.

The song kind of makes you feel like you're lost in a haze.

LLAAPPSSEE responds:

Isn't it? Weird little sentient meatbags arguing about silly things. The chaos of it.

I've always liked the texture/mix/energy/shifting melodies of this tune.

Lost in a haze feels about right for me. That + falling through the haze at mach speed or something. It's like being at a party and being depressed as hell or something.
That feeling you should be grateful for life but kinda collectively hate the way it is.

I enjoy this. Gives me serious "VGM" vibes.

Reminds me of wandering through a robot city or something.

Dynamic0 responds:

Do you think I should do more songs like that?

It starts off kind of underwhelming but it picks up in a big way.

I enjoy the kind of free-form techno sound you were going for here.

Jeansowaty responds:

I know! That's because the first 1:30 was made when I was drunk and I didn't even know what the hell I was doing lol. But I liked the beginning part enough to turn it into a proper track. Thanks for the feedback :)

This isn't bad, actually.

I like how it goes from soft percussion to more intense synth.

lotuspath responds:

then turns to goofy amen break

I really love your use of reverb in this.

The use of reverb and drums gives me that distinctly early 2000s music style.

I would like to rate this higher but some of the instruments in the midpoint felt like they were pushing against the sound, and creating unnecessary conflict.

Still a great song overall.

cathatmusic responds:

that is very much what I was going for

This sounds extremely good. Definitely a good homage to the SNES era music.

Great use of synths and 8-bit instruments. I'm completely blown away by this.

AvizuraNG responds:

Thanks a lot RadioMelon! I tried to do the best I can within the NES limitations :)

Very sad. Very dramatic. But completely beautiful, all the same.

JesseTikka responds:

Thank you so much!

I have no claim to fame unless playing a lot of Death Stranding counts.
