She looks like she's really anxious or surprised about something.

The scene kind of gives the impression that someone came into her room to ask her a question, or maybe surprised her. Context wise, it seems a lot more likely that she was getting dressed and someone barged into her room before she was ready to let anyone in.

Great job with this, by the way. The pink/purple shading is excellent and really brings life into the entire piece.
