I love how you did the environment in this.

It has a lot of detail and nuance to it. You kinda get a feel for how he lives.

That being said I love this sort of design. Reptile girl with sharp teeth who has a lot of personality even just looking at her. Kenzie has that sort of look that says she has a laid back personality but doesn't take anyone's smack.
