My job search hasn't been going too well, but I was told about an offer with a nearly 99% hire rate so I'm probably going for that.

Here's the caveat: the people hiring have a reputation for seriously overworking people.

On the upside, they have a phenomenal reputation for pay and benefits.

I'm mentioning all of this because if I get hired, I will most likely be working nearly nonstop from now on. It's the best offer I can possibly go for at this point in time, whether I like it or not.
