Its kinda fun if you think about it. We are so used having it 24/7 you can get kinda lost for a brief moment when you dont have it :D

Honestly, this is true.
I actually became insanely productive when the Internet actually went out because I started cleaning up more around the house, building things in Minecraft, writing more music, etc.
I think I might start taking "no internet" days to keep the balance.
